In 1995, Empire Vision became a Davis Vision Eyecare Advantage Company, and has since grown to one of the largest retail optical chains in the northeast.

Customer Delight Guarantee
If for any reason you are not delighted with your eyeglass purchase, you may exchange your eyeglasses within 30 days for another pair of equal value.
Eyeglass Breakage Warranty
If your frame or lenses should break within one year from the initial purchase date, we will:
- For the first occurrence, repair or replace for free.
- After the first occurrence, repair or replace for a $25 processing fee.
Visit any Empire Vision Centers® during the lifetime of your frames and we will adjust and clean them for you free of charge.
Insurance Plan Warranties
We honor all warranties of insurance plans with whom we contractually participate.
Empire Vision Centers® is New York States premier full service vision center. All of our locations have optical laboratories with the ability to fabricate lenses. Typically, lenses that are in stock can be provided within an hour. If your prescription requires a material not stocked, multifocal, or stronger prescription, lenses are provided by our state of the art Central Lens Laboratory in Syracuse, NY.
Our Central Lab uses robotic CNC Generators and other state of the art optical processing equipment to fill the needs of our stores when the lens requirements are outside the capability of in store processing.
Most orders are delivered from our Central lab within one day. Special Anti-reflective coatings may take additional time.
All of our laboratories are staffed by skilled journeyman that have fulfilled the training requirements to manufacture eyeglasses in our laboratories to the quality level expected by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI ) Z-80.1
Empire Vision Centers® has a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program. The cornerstone of our Quality Assurance program is our Quality Assurance Committee. The Committee consists of Doctors of Optometry, Licensed Opticians, and Company representatives who continually review the quality of care provided, develop standards of care, and recommend appropriate actions for the improvement of patient care and the processes/systems for delivering patient care.
